REWIND: top ten authors I own the most books of....

Hi lovelies!! I've never actually participated in Top Ten Tuesdays from the fabulous Broke and Bookish not because I haven't wanted to...no trust me, I look on with envy every. single. week. But alas, my lack of organization and desire to take photos of everything get in my way.

With that being said...don't laugh at me, but I'm doing a Top Ten Tuesday topic from WEEKS ago. =)

HERE ARE MY TOP TEN AUTHORS that I own the MOST BOOKS OF (in ascending order)!

(Note: this does not include e-books or duplicate copies)

10th - TIED:
Christina Lauren - 7 Books! - Steamy, funny, oh so sexy, and delightful! That's right! I'm talking about Christina Hobbes and Lauren Billings! Their books are pretty fantastic as well...

Colleen Hoover - 7 Books (+ 4 duplicates) - Colleen Hoover, to me, is synonymous to an overabundance of FEELS.  LOVE. THIS. WOMAN!! I'm just missing Finding Cinderella!! Then my collection will be complete! Isn't it neat? (please excuse my Little Mermaid influenced delusional blogging)

9th - J.K. Rowling - 10 Books - Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light. Harry. Potter. Nuff said.

8th - Richelle Mead - 14 Books (+ 1 duplicate) - loooove these books! I'm slowly backfilling my Georgina Kincaid series (FABULOUS) and I'm missing ONE VA book. (damn, I need to find that old cover)

7th - Linda Francis Lee - 15 Books - I've been a huge fan for a while! Her latest books are a bit of a departure, but still great!:
Simply Sexy, Sinfully Sexy, Suddenly Sexy, The Wedding Diaries, Looking For Lacey, The Ways of Grace, Nightingale’s Gate, Swan’s Grace, Dove’s Way, Crimson Lace, Emerald Rain, Blue Waltz, The Ex-Debutante, The Devil in the Junior League, & Emily & Einstein

6th - Jennifer Crusie - 17 Books - Her books are some of the first I experienced with a heavily comedic element to the romance:
Tell Me Lies, Crazy For You, Welcome to Temptation, Fast Women, Faking It, Bet Me, Don't Look Down, Santa Baby, Agnes and the Hitman, Maybe This Time, Getting Rid of Bradley, Strange Bedpersons, What the Lady Wants, Charlie All Night, Anyone But You, The Cinderella Deal, & Trust Me On This

5th - Susan Elizabeth Phillips - 19 Books (+ 5 duplicate) - No one tells a story quite like SEP. A wonderful mix of humor, heart, and super sexy times.

3rd/4th - Jill Shalvis - 20 Books (7 are not pictured!) (+ 3 duplicates) - Ah, my love...Jill Shalvis. I read EVERYTHING she writes....right down to her blog/facebook/twitter. Having a bad day? Jill Shalvis will cheer you up, make you laugh, and make your heart full. Her Lucky Harbor series is my go to escape. IT'S TOTALLY A REAL PLACE, OKAY?? (*whimpers*)

3rd/4th - Jennifer L. Armentrout - 20 Books (2 are not pictured) (+ 3 duplicates) - JLA....can she be my spirit animal? I don't think I fully comprehend what that means, but I just want her around forever and writing me more books featuring kick ass heroines (whether they literally or figuratively kick ass) and swoon-worthy heroes of god-like stature (seriously...some of them have god ancestry! READ THE COVENANT SERIES!!!) And don't even get me started on her new Dark Elements series....ROTH! The sexiest demon on this (or that) side of Hell.

2nd - Shakespeare - 25 plays (of his 37) - I studied The Bard in England! So, there you go...:

All's Well That Ends Well, As You Like It, Comedy of Errors, Love's Labour's Lost, Measure for Measure, Merchant of Venice, Merry Wives of Windsor, Midsummer Night's Dream, Much Ado about Nothing, Taming of the Shrew, Tempest, Twelfth Night, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Winter's Tale, Henry VIII, Richard II, Richard III, Antony and Cleopatra, Hamlet, Julius Caesar, King Lear, Macbeth, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, & Troilus and Cressida

1st - Lori Foster - 44 Books - I was actually astounded by how many of these treasures I had hidden on my shelf!! For fear of disrupting my entire shelving system, there are no photos....but Lori Foster was the equivalent to my romance gateway drug. I was addicted and it was so so good.:

Santa Baby, A Very Merry Christmas, The Night Before Christmas, Bad Boys of Summer, When Good Things Happen to Bad Boys, Wildly Winston, The Night Before Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock, Perfect for the Beach, Bad Boys to Go, I Love Bad Boys, Jamie, Men of Courage 2, Just a Hint—Clint, When Bruce Met Cyn, Bad Boys in Black Tie, The Secret Life of Bryan, Lip Service, Bad Boys to Go, Jingle Bell Rock, Say No to Joe?, Riley, Bad Boys on Board, Casey, I Brake for Bad Boys, Never Too Much, Forever & Always, I Love Bad Boys, Once & Again, Too Much Temptation, Wild, Mr. November, The Winston Brothers, Hot and Bothered, Sex Appeal, Annie Get Your Guy & Messing Around with Max, All I Want For Christmas, Married to the Boss, Jordan, Gabe, Morgan, Sawyer, Say Yes, & In Too Deep

Which Author's books do YOU have the most of? I'm curious to know! Are you surprised by any of my obsessions? Do you SHARE any of my obsessions?

Someone's gonna need a bigger shelf!

all the best, dear readers!
