Just two more parts to go!! Are you intrigued? Check out the new synopsis for the book and see why this is one of my most anticipated reads of next year!

Leaving Amarillo (Neon Dreams #1) by Caisey Quinn
Genre: New Adult Contemporary
Expected Publication Date: March 17th, 2015

Some promises are made to be broken...

Music is my everything.
After my parents died when I was a kid, moving into my grandparents’ ramshackle house on a dirt road in Amarillo seemed like a nightmare. Until I stumbled upon my grandfather’s shed full of instruments. My soul lives between the strings of Oz, my secondhand fiddle, and it soars when I play.

In Houston, I'm a typical college student on my way to becoming a classically trained violinist headed straight for the orchestra pit. But on the road with my band, Leaving Amarillo, I'm free.

We have one shot to make it, and I have one shot to live the life I was meant to. Leaving Amarillo got into Austin Music Fest and everything is riding on this next week. This is our moment.

There’s only one problem. I have a secret...One that could destroy everyone I care about.

His name is Gavin Garrison and he's our drummer. He's also my brother's best friend, the one who promised he'd never lay a hand on me. He’s the one person I can’t have, and yet he’s the only one I want.

One week.
One hotel room.
I don't know if I can do this.
I just know that I have to.

Real life.

Nicole and Alec are doing their best to live the HEA she's been dreaming for and writing about in her books. The problem is she's been coping with her newly achieved success as an author and the responsibilities that are transitioning her away from the introverted life she prefers. He's neck deep in medical school and stuck at the hospital almost every waking hour.

Something's got to give.

Sometimes, what looks like happily ever after from the start can become something entirely different on the other side.

Finding time together can be a challenge, but Nicole and Alec seem to have things figured out. That is, until Nicole's publisher sends her on an extended book tour for her upcoming release, putting an unexpected strain on their relationship. When Alec begins hanging out with his ex, who also happens to be the mother of his little girl, Nicole can't help feeling that maybe her ever after is about to turn into a never mind.

Things turn from bad to worse when Nicole is faced with what she perceives as betrayal, leaving the door open to Greg, her new public relations rep who is more than willing to offer up a shoulder to dump her woes on. Betrayal can be a two-way street and Nicole must now decide which way the story goes from here.

Writing a happily ever after was so much easier than actually living one…

*INTERVIEW* With Drew Leighty aka Seth from Jennifer L. Armentrout's THE RETURN cover!

Hi everyone! I have something pretty special for you on the blog today! A few weeks ago, when it was announced that model Drew Leighty would be the face of Seth on the cover of The Return by Jennifer L. Armentrout, I was SO EXCITED. He has a fantastic look and really does my beloved Seth justice.

Fortunately, he was game and a couple weeks ago, we did this interview so that we, the readers, could get to know him a little better! Not only that, but he'll be attending two HUGE author events coming up, so you'll also get the opportunity to meet him in person!

So, check out this interview and because you know that I love you all, I'm also giving away a PRE-ORDER copy of The Return!! This book will be ordered and paid for by me. I will have it shipped, upon release, to you via Amazon or The Book Depository for my International readers! Full details after the interview!

Enough talk, Let's DO THIS!

* * * * * * * An Interview * * * * * *

Hi Drew! Thanks so much for stopping by for a chat!

Can you give us a brief description of yourself? Anything goes!
I'm a quarter of a century old, father/model/bartender/student, I look like a mix between California/aryan race but I'm Irish, Tahitian, Scottish, and Mexican. I love old western movies and chick flicks

Your heritage is filled with places I've been dying to visit! Have you ever gotten to travel to any of those countries?
I have been able to visit Mexico when I was younger, however more so along the west coast that way my dad and I could surf while the rest of my family hung out by the pool or on the beach. My grandma was from Mexico City though, a place I have never been but hopefully one day it will be safe enough for my family and I to visit and experience the culture. As for Tahiti, Ireland, and Scotland, I have never been able to visit, one day I hope to be able to.

And as a fan of both movie genres myself, favorite western? favorite chick flick?
Favorite classic western would be "High Noon," favorite western parody, "Blazing Saddles," and favorite modern day western "Django Unchained." As for Chick Flicks I have always been a fan of, "A Walk to Remember," and "The Notebook."

How did you get into modeling? and is it something you’ve always wanted to do? An opportunity you just couldn’t refuse?
I got into modeling through a scam that worked out to my advantage, eventually being fortunate enough to work alongside Scott Hoover. However, my goal growing up was to be a professional baseball player. Since that obviously didn't happen I chose the next best thing, which kept me as center of attention and allowed me to wear tight pants.

Haha! You certainly wore tight pants for this shoot. Sentinel pants! *ahem* moving on...You’re making waves right now for portraying Seth on the cover of The Return, written by the wildly successful, New York Times Bestselling Author, Jennifer L. Armentrout. Tell us a story! How did this whole thing come about?
After many years of struggling as a model and actor I had somewhat given up and refocused on school, work, and family. Eventually I did another shoot and realized how much I missed doing what I love so I revamped my style and added another option for a career path. Again being fortunate enough to have Scott Hoover as a longtime friend and photog, I shot with him to update my look and again he opened the door for me into this side of the modeling industry where I met my fantastic and hardworking manager Ellie and amazing writer Jen.

What was your reaction when you first started seeing the adoration streaming your way?
First my head started getting really tight and then it began to swell as my ego got enormous! Then reality set in when I went to the grocery store and my card bounced...

I hear you...Life DOES have the tendency to throw those humbling moments all of our ways, huh? C'est la vie! :) Is this your first book cover?
Yes, this is my first book cover

What are you most looking forward to when you go to the author events coming up? Love N Vegas & Apollycon?
I love meeting people and making new friends, as much of a cliche as that is. But that's also my favorite part of being a bartender.

And that's what I love about bartenders! They can always talk to anyone and everyone, a trait I seriously envy. Plus, they're the ones serving me my drinks! haha.  Ok, so I already know the answer to this, but for the readers, Single?
I am not, I am with the lady of my dreams.

And what does she think about all of this attention?
She's my number one fan and thinks it's well deserved, while at the same time she keeps me grounded with her sense of humor.

That's a great lady you have there! What’s one of your most memorable modeling moments? Ever had to do something rather odd to get the shot just right?
Well pretending to touch yourself and strip down is always pretty odd while someone else is capturing it on camera, for me at least. Don't get me wrong I love touching myself, but normally it's in private.

Describe the average day in the life of Drew Leighty?
Cup of black coffee is usually my go to first thing every morning, followed by breakfast. From there it changes I have school Mondays and Wednesdays and then I usually drive down to LA afterwards, for a shoot. After that I drive back to Santa Barbara and pick up my son from daycare and we get ready for the night until mom gets home from class. In between all that I usually try to find sometime for the gym. The other 5 days out of the week I work, two different bartending gigs, and on the weekends I bust doubles normally from 9:30am until anywhere between 12am and 2am.

That is an INSANE schedule!! Now describe what you imagine as your perfect day?
Well it would be worry-free first off, waking up next to my girl and son, in a room, facing a white sand, and crystal clear blue water beach. Big waves crashing to surf and lounge chairs with an umbrella, waiting for my family so they can rest in peace as I surf in solitude. No jobs to go to, unless it's modeling, no homework to do, just us three and the open day ahead, to pick whatever spontaneous activity we want to do.

As a Southern California girl, I LOVE this response. :)
Let’s do some quick-fire questions:
- Cats? Dogs?
Dogs

- Celebrity Crush?
Jennifer Anniston

- Celebrity you wish you could hang out with (besides your crush *wink*)?
Paul Walker or James Dean. Living would probably be Bradley Cooper

- Sleeping attire?
naked or briefs

- Favorite Sound ever?
Ocean waves

- Movie you can watch over and over again?
Pineapple Express.

- Boxer, Briefs, None of the above?
White briefs

- Favorite Workout song?
"Otherside"by Macklemore

- One thing you can’t live without?
Family

- Last book you read?
"Of Mice and Men" by John Steinbeck

- You won the lottery, what’s the first thing that you buy?
A house

And that's it! Thanks for being your awesome self and answering all my questions!

Is there anything you want to ask me or the Jennifer L. Armentrout fans before you go?

Thank you, and I would love to know what's your favorite part about Seth?

For me....Seth is a character that has made a lot of mistakes. He can be a cocky douche canoe or he can be a genuinely sweet guy. At the end of the day, he makes the right choices and this series is his opportunity for a happy ending. I love a redemption story!!

WHAT ABOUT YOU, READERS? WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT SETH?

The Return (Titan #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Genre: New Adult Contemporary
Expected Publication Date: February 17th, 2015

The Fates are cackling their bony asses off…

It’s been a year since Seth made the deal with the gods that pledged his life to them. And so far, the jobs they’ve given him have been violent and bloody–which is kind of all right with him. But now Apollo has something else in mind for Seth. He’s got to play protector while keeping his hands and fingers off, and for someone who really has a problem with restraint, this new assignment might be the most challenging yet.

Josie has no idea what this crazy hot guy’s deal might be, but it’s a good bet that his arrival means the new life she started after leaving home is about to be thrown into an Olympian-sized blender turned up to puree. Either Josie is going insane or a nightmare straight out of ancient myth is gunning for her.

But it might be the unlikely attraction simmering between her and the golden-eyed, secret-keeping Seth that may prove to be the most dangerous thing of all.

Because history has once again been flipped to repeat.

*COVER REVEAL* FALL WITH ME by Jennifer L. Armentrout

The With You Saga by J. Lynn (aka Jennifer L. Armentrout) is one of my favorite New Adult series out there and I'm so happy to have the next cover to share with you! You might notice that this looks a bit different from the first three books of the series. This is the first of the series that is going to be sold as a mass market paperback and also the first to not use Jen's pen name! Regardless, this book is one that I'm DYING for. We met these characters in Stay With Me and I'm so glad that we'll be reading their story next!

Without any further ado, here it is:

Fall With Me by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Genre: New Adult Contemporary
Expected Publication Date: March 31st, 2015

Eleven months ago, bartender and weird-shirt-wearing extraordinaire Roxy and Officer Reece Anders had a one night stand. Well, kind of. She’s been in love with him since she was fifteen, and he wishes that night they shared never happened. She’s sworn him off forever, but the past and future collide, forcing her to rely on the one man who broke her heart not once, but twice.

Her best friend since birth has been in a long-term care facility since he became a victim of a hate crime years ago, and the person who put him in there is out of prison and wanting to make amends with him and Roxy. She’s not sure she has room for forgiveness in her and when she begins to receive frightening messages and is on the receiving end of escalating violence, she thinks she knows who is to blame. The man who already destroyed one life already.

But Reece isn’t convinced. The threats are too personal, and even if Roxy doesn’t believe him, he’s not willing to let anyone hurt her. Including himself. He’s already messed up more than once when it comes to Roxy and he’s not going to let history repeat itself.

*RELEASE DAY REVIEW* BURYING WATER by K.A. Tucker

Happy Release day to the phenomenal K.A. Tucker and Burying Water! This is the first book of her brand new series that is a deliciously suspenseful departure from her previous Ten Tiny Breaths series.

Before I get to my review, let me tell you about the book:

Burying Water (Burying Water #1) by K.A. Tucker
Genre: New Adult Romantic Suspense
Publication Date: October 7th, 2014

The top-selling, beloved indie author of Ten Tiny Breaths returns with a new romance about a young woman who loses her memory—and the man who knows that the only way to protect her is to stay away.

Left for dead in the fields of rural Oregon, a young woman defies all odds and survives—but she awakens with no idea who she is, or what happened to her. Refusing to answer to “Jane Doe” for another day, the woman renames herself “Water” for the tiny, hidden marking on her body—the only clue to her past. Taken in by old Ginny Fitzgerald, a crotchety but kind lady living on a nearby horse farm, Water slowly begins building a new life. But as she attempts to piece together the fleeting slivers of her memory, more questions emerge: Who is the next-door neighbor, quietly toiling under the hood of his Barracuda? Why won’t Ginny let him step foot on her property? And why does Water feel she recognizes him?

Twenty-four-year-old Jesse Welles doesn’t know how long it will be before Water gets her memory back. For her sake, Jesse hopes the answer is never. He knows that she’ll stay so much safer—and happier—that way. And that’s why, as hard as it is, he needs to keep his distance. Because getting too close could flood her with realities better left buried.

The trouble is, water always seems to find its way to the surface.

And now for my review:
Review:

Burying Water is a study in contrasts. It is a novel that quietly creeps its way into your heart, yet screams so loudly with the emotions it evokes. It is a story of being broken to the core, yet finding the resilience and strength to continue standing. It is the story of being lost, yet found.

Jane Doe is left for dead with no memory, no link to her past, and only a savagely broken body as evidence of a life she left behind: a life she desperately wants to remember, yet knows is better left forgotten.

With nowhere to go but forward, Jane names herself Water, a word that triggers and resonates something inside of her, and begins to rebuild her life with her doctor's family and curmudgeon of a neighbor. With each day that passes, and every memory that does not reveal itself...Water begins to resign herself to her fate until her doctor's son Jesse begins to show up, stirring up something deep inside her without her knowing why. It shows that even when memories are lost, the heart still remembers and can lead you home.

Burying Water seamlessly weaves between perspectives, between the past and the presence to culminate upon an intense moment of clarity whereby the two meet and everything snaps into focus.

While this book was an incredible departure from K.A. Tucker's Ten Tiny Breaths series, it is also an incredible example of her ability as a writer to craft a story so wickedly engaging, heart-wrenchingly raw, and endlessly beautiful that you, as the reader, become lost with the characters, then found, and then led back home.
